- Battery health is a minimum of 80%.

- Device with original software that has not been modified; Jail Broken or rooted.
- Where applicable stylus must be included.

- Everything works as it should.
- Heavy wear and tear, such as scuffs, dents and deep scratches.
- No cracks on the screen or body.

Condition - Broken:
- Device must power on.
- Device cannot be water damaged.
- Device must be signed out of Cloud.
- Cannot be beyond sensible repair.
- Significant physical damage.
- Faulty / Broken screen (including cracks, discolouration and damaged pixels).
- Major software/hardware issues (i.e. the device freezes/crashes regularly).
- Be intact - not missing components or is bent, crushed or snapped in half.
