Condition - Good:

• Can have light signs of use.*
• Everything works as it should.
• Battery health is a minimum of 80%.
• *No damage (i.e No cracks, chips, dents, scuffs, missing paint, pressure marks screenburn or dead pixels.).
• Device with original software that has not been modified; Jail Broken or rooted.
• Where applicable stylus must be included.

Condition - Poor:

• Everything works as it should.
• Heavy wear and tear, such as scuffs, dents and deep scratches.
• No cracks on the screen or body.

Please note: We don’t buy devices with Cloud Locked or have water damage.

Condition - Broken:

• Device must power on.
• Device cannot be water damaged.
• Device must be signed out of Cloud.
• Cannot be beyond sensible repair.
  
  
• Significant physical damage.
• Faulty / Broken screen (including cracks, discolouration and damaged pixels).
• Major software/hardware issues (i.e. the device freezes/crashes regularly).
• Be intact - not missing components or is bent, crushed or snapped in half.
